No New Posts Wiring my batteries in parallel

Okay, I understand how to wire my batteries in a parallel configuration. Once my batteries have been wired in parallel, do I then run the positive and negative leads from my pump to only one of the batteries? Thanks.

No New Posts what pump to use

I now currently have two large tanks in a shed that hold 600gal total. I get them filled with SH and pump them into the 100 gal tanks in my trucks. The pump I’m using is a small Dulavan 5850 which takes forever. Does anyone have any ideas of a pump that would be cheap and pump more gallons a minute into my truck...

Here is a drawing of the deicing spray boom we are developing for those of you north enough to use your SoftWash Cradle Skid System as a deicing sprayer. It is a single head with a remote controled valve so as you plow a parking area you can go back over it with your deicing chemical of choice. I should have a...

No New Posts How to read spray tips?

I've been reading a lot of the posts about the various sizes/patterns of recommended spray tips.  I'm confused on exactly how to read the numbers now.       On some posts it appears the first two numbers are the orifice size and the last two are that pattern degree.      On other posts it seems to be the o...

I have one of the new Sofwash skids I bought in July and need some advice.  I tried using the multi-tap to run my fresh water through for rinsing vinyl.  Problem is when i cut the wand off the pump starts dumping back into my mix tank to keep from destroying the pump.  Thus it has further diluted my mix.  I a...

How long will my battery last on a full charge running the softwash system.  I did a little figuring my self, but wanted to know from some of you who are using it.  I figured that 115 amp hr deep cycle battery will last, if only using one chemical pump pulling 16 amps, will last around 7 hrs, and using one che...

Our primary pump failed half way through a job today. This pump only has about an hour and a half of run time on it. That´s right, 1.5 hours. Fortunately, we had a secondary pump to finish the job. We aslo have a third backup pimp on hand, but I hope we never have to use it, at least not under these conditions....
