I have one of the new Sofwash skids I bought in July and need some advice.  I tried using the multi-tap to run my fresh water through for rinsing vinyl.  Problem is when i cut the wand off the pump starts dumping back into my mix tank to keep from destroying the pump.  Thus it has further diluted my mix.  I also wanted to use the multi-tap to pull bleach wash through when doing a final clean from a seperate 50 gl drum so that I don't have to worry about dumping or washing out my 50gl sh mix tank.  If you can tell I'm trying to save time and ran into problem yesterday that the water pressure from customer's hose was less than weak.  Any suggestions or opportunities for the newbie here?

Yeah get a 5 x10 trailer a 5.5 gpm cold water unit a 1540 tip and a 0040 tip and a 100 gallon water tank. Youll be able to rinse the whole house from top to bottom in 20 minutes. It is still considered a soft wash and only uses 200 psi.

Mike,

When rinsing out your system at days end or if using other chems through your system you must close off the throttle valve (gray round handle) before running the pump.

Thanks,

AC

 Mike,

I got your message in the system. I do not have a contact number for you.

Call me and we can set up a day or two that I can come up to visit you, and

help you get up and running and answer any questions you have.

I have ALOT of SCFA classes over the next 3 months, but I will make time to

get up there and work with you.

Start making the list......

Chris, I will start a list and you don't know how much I appreciate it.  I will give you a call in a few days.  AC, do you have the plumbing schematic for the skid?  I'm thinking of adding an additional buffer tank, but its easier for me to work off a schematic.  I will shut down the throttle valve and try this evening.  If I can get this to work with out contaminating my mix tank I will be in business.
