City/county trucks Are usually beat to heck on the outside, but they typically have had an outstanding maintenance program with keeps the moving parts in good shape. This truck had all new napa belts and hoses that probably aren't 10k miles old.

.... I need to so some legistlature work, and make roof cleaning more dificult to get into.

Good luck with that Dan. Unfortunately the appearance of excessive profit tends to generate excessive competition. Just like unlicensed home repair, it is extremely tough to legislate competition, there's always people out there willing to do it on the sly no matter what the law says. I think our biggest advocacy is for homeowner education. It's important for us to point out what happens when unprofessional, unqualified, uninsured laborers attack the house and roof.
