I just wanted to confirm that this is an efflorescence stain and F9 Efflo would be the right choice for cleaning these whitish stains on brick. Guessing I'd use a lower strength mix (efflo) along with the typical instructions of PW, apply, keep wet etc.
The customer has had previous people try to remove this with pressure and other methods with no luck. Also, not really sure what I should charge for something like this if anybody wants to shoot me a PM.
Thanks in advance for your help!

It looks more like a sloppy mortar job and that might be over-sponged concrete. There are a few products out there to remove this type of stain. Any concrete products store will sell them. Also, when doing a true efflo job, you need to be careful how much pressure you apply, as the water you force into the brick can sometimes cause more stains when done.
Would blowing as much water as possible away with the leaf blower be sufficient, or just do a quick PW rinse to remove loose debris so there isn't much water to absorb?
