AC...question about the SH dial mixture. Do you have different print settings for different strengths of SH or CH concentrate on the top dial? Some people use 10% SH, some 12.5%, and others may have access to stronger bleach. If the SH dial is metered for using 10% SH and the SH the SW professional is using is 12.5%, the 4% on the dial would actually be 5%, and the 5% setting would be 6.25% SH.
So, no more mix tank? It's mixing with customer supply water as it goes through the hose?
This appears to be an upgrade to a similar system I've seen elsewhere and from I know of it and AC's equipment, the Blend 50 and Blend 100 have three inputs. One for bleach (SH or pulling from a CH module, adjustable from 0 to 5%), the soap/surfactant input, and the water input. From what I see it appears the water input would be a water hose connected to the customers water spigot, or a connection from the bulk rinse tank possibly if the customer is on a low performance well. The Blend 50 would have a 50 gallons SH storage tank, and the Blend 100 would have a 100 gallons of bleach storage.
There is an 8-gallon saddle buffer tank that I'm not really sure what its purpose is though. I'm assuming it is a mini-water bulk storage tank so it can refill and draw water from this buffer tank to ensure you always have an adequate water supply. I think you'd be hard pressed to empty an 8 gallon water tank that is being refilled as you spray. I don't see the 8 gallon tank in any of the pictures that are available so I'm just guessing blindly. I'm looking forward to a video on this new system. :0)
I have been testing the unit for a couple weeks now and it needs to be calibrated a little once you get it. The dials are close, but need a little tweaking based on SH strength and soap concentration. We typically get 15.5% SH from Univar in bulk and we always back down our mixes accordingly.
Besides not having to mix tanks, the real strength of this unit, is the savings on SH. It seems to use less than when we mix tanks. I think it really takes the human factor/error out. When my guys transfer 5 gallons for a house mix I know that sometimes they transfer 6 or 7. It is just human error. This seems to take tat out of it.
I used the rig on two large commercial jobs and about 25 houses, with no real issues.

We are making the assumption the SH is 10% like all of our other training videos and systems. Keeping it consistant.
So This unit can be loaded onto the 72" skid? Blend 100 2 tanks then how many additional can fit on that skid? Like a bulk rinse, RO and that is it or more room too? Also 6x Greenwash injection. pre mixed and dispensed out of my container (bucket) or is there a storage built in?
I want to build a full skid but need to do it in stages.
thanks, Jesse

Just for clarification, you can turn either the bleach valve or the soap valve all the way off, correct? I see there is an "off" on the dial settings, so I'm sure that's the case, but I thought I'd make sure. You never know what application you're going to run in to, and I can already think of a couple applications where one might want to spray just out of the bulk tanks or soap pick-up tube.

The small black dial has a 0 (zero) setting which yes is off. Your Blend is going out tomorrow. :)
