aloha guys and gals I have a fire station demo to do in a week and I don't have greenwash. The station is just dirty no mold what can I use to land this job without having to spend an arm and leg on fast shipping. I have fire Cheif and a lot of important people watching so I need to be careful what to use. I was thinking murphys oil. It's a stucco building
Hmmmm... that's a tuffy. I'd be nervous recommending anything but the best stuff to clean with, especially when you say it is a high profile job... If it was me and I had a lot of people watching on a high profile job - I'd bite the bullet.
Are you not wanting to use bleach on the job, and just looking for a soap?

There is really no need for bleach on this one. They have all my msds for all my Chems but I really only need soap and a good decreaser the building is not that dirty and their is no mold but they wanted a demo to see how safe and effective soft washing is. Over here on the island no one really knows our methods so it's a great selling point for me when I do these demos for the state and high profile people like this.
Man, Terra wash and Green wash would be the best way to go... Murphy's oil is sodium hydroxide based, but is very diluted, so I have no idea how that would clean - especially stucco.
Do you have any local professional pressure washing stores or maybe a Landa pressure washer store nearby? Since you don't want to pay for shipping, you'll have to find something in stock somewhere. I'd start checking local professional cleaning stores and get some recommendations.
Be careful of using anything that is consumer grade or off-the-shelf... You'll have the fire station and government guys thinking that they can clean the buildings themselves, and it will not impress as much. If they find out that you simply used Murphy's oil soap, they won't be as impressed. My 2 cents.

Just be careful. I am not aware what is available on the islands. Hopefully we will have a great program after Softwashapolooza that will make all of this easier on you getting our chems.
Thanks for your input guys I have left over simple chery and dragon juice I'll just make a 1% mix and let it go. That's the best way thanks guys I'd order green wash but shipping is ridiculous over here and we don't have have any vendors here on the islands and I kinda like that then I keep the market all to myself lol
I would still use bleach. It will probably do more than you think. Plus, you can sell the point that you have killed all the algae, mold, mildew, etc. on the outside of the building, even the unseen stuff. A side benefit is the building can be more healthy. I usually mention this as a side benefit, as we are not a remediation company, and make no concrete claims about building health.
FYI, most new fire stations have positive pressure ventilation in the living quarters and office areas to keep diesel exhaust out, so the building is constantly drawing in outside air. If the building gets stuff growing on the outside, it could get drawn in. Firefighters are pretty knowledgeable and aware about respiratory health issues. We are also usually notoriously good at maintenance and cleaning of our stations, equipment, and apparatus. Unfortunately, departments face higher and higher run volume and added responsibilities with decreasing staffing. Station maintenance that used to be done by the guys on the job is getting farmed out to contractors. Use these facts to your advantage, it may end up being a pretty easy sell.
Also, you could offer cleaning of the inside walls of the apparatus bay, which get full of dust, spider webs, and exhaust soot. Terra Wash and water. If you have a good hot water pressure washer and surface cleaner, bid the bay floor as well, and any patios. You may even be back annually, biannually, or more for certain areas like the bay floor, entrance canopies, etc.
