2. The throttle valve bypasses some of your chem back to the mix tank which takes the place of an accumulator.

The new 7000 series pump and DPI retrofit kit are available for those who wish to get in compliance with cradle skid standards for referral work etc.

Ok thanks for the input, I just saw that Pat had a pump overheat and I thought it may be a solution. Also on the skid I got from John he had unplugged the DPI pump, not sure if he was unable to set it up to inject properly, so he one batched it. I am not sure which male plug to put the wire back on and attempt to calibrate it.

Pat was using a Flojet Versa Jet pump. Our old manufacturer wasnt water testing the DPI systems and that is our fault. That is one reason why we took over our own production. Every Mixing Tank Module with DPI Technology gets fully tested for one full hour on our work bench before they go out now. Old systems were not as accurate and that is why some reverted to one batching. DPI works MUCH better now.

How much is the kit for the Gen 2? Also what comes with it?
