Hello all, I recently started my company perceptivecleaning.com about a week ago was our official launch. I have a few houses under my belt and have used a power washer over the years with my lawn care company before I sold it. Now I'm looking at a deck now and I'm tempted to take it but I can't get the color right with soft washing. The picture I'm going to attach is from left to right, power washed no chemicals, untreated similar to the deck currently and lastly bobs f18 followed by f8. The right I used a 2.1gpm 12v pump to apply chemical. Standard 15 minute dwell times followed by rinsing with the monster that is the Fatboy. Now I can power wash this but as someone who went with 12v pumps to employ the soft wash method I would like the chemical application to work. Please help.
