I'm on JRacenstein's website filling my cart with goodies to buy. Currently I have nothing, lol... I didn't realize there were 5 sets of 4 tip sets. which one is the best?

In cart so far is a one batch system, GREENWASH, BLEACHWASH, PLANTWASH

Buy 15 orifice tips, with the sized 00,15,25,40. You may want to just call them because they are very helpful. Also get the brass tips with a stainless holder.
If you don't have a softwash skid (can't remember) then you will want to buy an accumulator to help with your pump cycling.

Jess,

Get two sets of the 4bangers, (holds the four tips). They get lost easy, With the Smart Wash System by RHGPRODUCTS.COM the pump is a 5 gpm pump so you will need to get #20 tips. Like Zach said though get them in 00 15 25 40 patterns and make sure they are in brass. Stainless fan tips have issues with loading the spray pattern heavy on the ends and light in the middle. This causes a poor spray pattern and unneeded sagging and chemical use in your spray technique.
