My guys are CH ninjas - very proud of them on this project. As many of you know, CH can be tricky to deal with, potentially leaving white residue behind if not used properly. Black metal railings and dark siding can be difficult to work around as CH residue is highly visible on these surfaces.
Here is a project we just tackled this past week. 114 Decks on an apartment complex (57 lowers, 57 second story) with black iron railing and dark brown painted siding. We also threw in the cleaning of their front "sign" which consisted of mildew covered brown painted siding.
The entire project went off without a hitch and the owners and property managers were thrilled. Sounds like we are going to get the roof softwashing on 11 buildings in the complex as well and upsold a handful of concrete decks for rust removal at $200/piece.
Workflow was this - pre-wet all the siding, windows etc that might get overspray - spray the 4% CH mix, let dwell for 15 minutes, go back and rinse with the booster pump to get the dead moss growth off. Not a single pressure washer was used on this job. We were able to get approximately 30 decks cleaned per day with 2 guys on the job.

Thanks for working so hard with CH and making it work. Yes there can be some headaches but the results and safe portability of the CH are worth the learning curve.
