Lot of rinsing, lot of chemicals! Keep that in mind . Somewhere between 10-25 cent left sqf for a project that size for SWEC

Be sure and check the condition of the sand or filler in the joints. It can easily be dislodged with any pressure at all, so realize as Ray says it will take more time to 'gently' clean and rinse the pavers.

I usually charge $1.00 - $1.20 sq ft to clean, re-sand and seal. For cleaning only .20-.25 sq ft. If your Softwashing blowing out the joint sand won't be an issue, but if your power washing them then the customer may want joint sand put back in.....now the price goes up.
