On the note of advertising - Our deer hunting season opened November 15 - I drive 150 miles north of my home to where we hunt, stop at a gas station up there and a guy comes up and wants to know if I can clean a metal roof. Of course I say yes, but it is a little out of my area for just one roof. He then informed me that it is the metal roof on a strip mall, 12 storage units (40x120) and 2 commercial buildings. He had a pressure washer try to clean them the past spring and he was doing such a terrible job that he stoped him. I have a meeting set up with him in April to discuss the job further. Wrap your truck - it will pay for itself many times over.
I just put a bid in with one large property manager that we do cleanings for. we are going to be Pre treating all their sidewalks at apartment complexes, with a brine solution, before snow storms. It is approx. 18 acres of sidewalk. I will keep up with pics and info if we actually get the go ahead.
Do you think there is a Market for that?. I live in Central Michigan, and that would be a great thing if people would be open to it. Not sure how you would price it though. Thoughts
We use both liquid and regular salt. Have found the normal salt works better and is less costly in the long run for. We use liquid on very few properties.

This is great, I am excited to hear how you priced it, and how you manage it with your guys.
