My guys cleaned some siding.  Oxidation didn't look too bad.  I told the guys to make sure they bleach wash all of the siding.  Of course they didn't.  After it dried the oxidization stands out more because it is clean.  Any ideas of best way to remove?  Would agitating with bleach wash and brush remove?

Is the customer unhappy? I always set the expectations from the start, if that doesn't fly I walk away.

You will need to use a butyl based cleaner to loosen the oxidation, and will most likely have to agitate or scrub with a brush. Work a smaller area at a time, making sure the chem doesn't dry on the vinyl.

 I agree with Chris

Sometimes it just takes elbow grease
