For commercial work we can't beat the hot water units. Having said that though there are some small "Steamers" that allow the contractor to remove gum without disturbing foot traffic in retail and hotel environments.

That system hank is talking about costs around 4-5000. Its cheaper to get a hot water machine. I did a home depot and without hot water I would have been there for days instead of hrs.

Your going to need a hot water pressure washer.

If you're going after commercial flatwork and gum removal, invest in a hot water unit, otherwise it's best to find another pressure washing contractor in your area and start swapping leads.

I use a asphalt torch. Heat the gum up real good and then zing it off with a cold water washer. The cold water solidifies it in mid air after it is released from the sidewalk.
