I did this job the other day. Used Green Wash in a 1% mix. Washing the entire 1800sq ft house took all of 30 minutes, and another 10 minutes to Bleach Wash rinse. The gutters took much longer (used Gutter Grenade).
I almost turned this job down because the HO wouldn't pop on my price to remove the rust stains around the house caused by a well pump used for irregation or have the roof cleaned.
I'm finding that HOA's around here will get on people for dirty house walls and driveways, but not roofs. I wasn't even going to leave a sign on the property, but I decided to use these pics to try to convience other HO's that only cleaning parts of their property does little to improve it's appearance or value.

Very nice job.
Paul did you use the bleach wash to neutralize the bleach from the surface that was in your mix?
Did you have to use the bleach wash?

We use bleach wash as part of our two part house washing system. It works great at neutralizing, and leaves windows streak free. I love seeing the water bead on the windows.
