Nice job Chris, that would be great for you to get the restoration part also. If you do try and get an HVLP sprayer for the coating your going to put on. You can rent them. They do a great job.
This home was softwashed only. No pressure washer was used.
I have a 60gal. "one batch" tank that feeds through my Delevan 5850 12volt pump. This pump feeds through 200ft of the yellow "chemical" Kuritech hose. I use .30 and .40 tips for application.
The mix was 1.5 gal. of SH 32oz of GREEN WASH, and topped 60 gal. tank w/water. The mix was allowed to dwell for 3-5 min. and was rinsed off with just a 3/4" water hose w/ a sweeper nozzle. It worked great, and is the first time I used the GREEN WASH. I have been a Simple Cherry ONLY user for several years now. I just made the switch to the GREEN WASH. This stuff is great!! that 1.5 gal of SH worked like I had 3 gal. in the mix. I was very happy with the results and the speed at wich the dirt and mildew "melted" off the home. The smell of the GREEN WASH is awesome. It did mask the SH much better than Simple Cherry, and for the duration of the cleaning. For those of you that have used Simple Cherry, you know how the cherry smell is gone after about 10-15 min. of being in the mix.
My opinion of the GREEN WASH is that it is a great product. It bumped up the bleaching action, smells great, and the 1/2 tank of mix I still have from last week is still hot as of last night. I have not tried it on a roof as of yet, just the log home, and a vinyl sided home. Some of you have used it on roofs with great results, so I will assume it works just as good as on the siding. This makes GREEN WASH a one product for multiple uses. This is much better than having one product for house washing, several for roof cleaning, and keeping track of what you have or don't have. If you guys have not tried it yet, you need to get a pail and try it out.

Thanks for a great product AC!!!

Thanks for the awesome review Chris. I am going to move this to the Green Wash topic so all can read this review.
Chris I Have gotten 5 days out of my mix w green wash. The other thing people dont seem to understand is that with simple cherry you MUST use very bit that you mix up that day. It kills the bleach plus you have a bucket full of crystals at the bottom. I have even been using the Green Wash when I x jet or downstream on the rare occasions that I need to. Glad to here you like it.

Last Sunday Dan Signor and I used the mix that blew up in his face the Sunday before. I just added another 42 ounces of Green Wash and kicked it in the butt. The roofs came out great!!!!!!!!!!!!! All of the moss turned bright white like cotton.

Yes this is true. I had the simple cherry building up in the bottom of my 60gal. tank. I stopped downstreaming last year, and only clean with a Delevan 5850. I have not used a pressure washer even one time this year. The way I got around the crystal problem was using very hot water and disolving "premixing" the simple cherry in one gal. containers.Extra work to take up more of my day.
No more extra work for me since I found GREEN WASH.
Here is why I quit using simple cherry 2 years ago. This was before I started using GreenWash.
That undisolved powder kept clogging up the filter on my DS tube. ALso found out that Simple Cherry kills your mix in like a few hours. You can only mix up what your gonna use that day.
This is an old post, but I am new here. So my take away from this post is if you use green wash and bleach on a house wash, no scrubbing is necessary....just let it dwell, rinse off and the day is done. Sounds good to me....what am I missing...sounds to easy.
Wow. I'm getting pretty stoked about this way of washing. I hope it lives up to the hype. The weather is starting to turn here in Michigan and I should be back in the swing in a couple weeks.
Zach, the decontaminate part of your reply I assume is the plant wash?
