Building is all concrete, and about 3 stories tall. My partner has cleaned buildings like this before, but i haven't. Right now we do everything with an x-jet, and have a 4gpm 4200 psi washer (Honda gx390). Any tips or recommendations on cleaning a building like this?
I haven't had time to do a ton of research on cleaning concrete buildings, but am i correct in thinking that we should apply something like a 50/50 mix of 12.5% and water, with a little roof snot? Stronger? Weaker? Something all together different?
Are the chemicals still gong to do most of the work, or will it require a lot of high psi blasting on it?
Also, normally this building is cleaned with a lift, but i have been briefly reading about poles like the nlite unger. Would a pole like that eliminate the need for a lift on a 3 story building like this, or will the lift be more or less required?
Thanks for any advice!
Edit: Sorry about the sideways pics... couldn't figure out how to rotate them after submitting.

thats a pretty easy softwash and can be done with a 3% mix. I know you are coming to Florida and not sure if it can wait, but you can discuss is in person with some of us if you like.
