Aloha guys, here is a small building we cleaned, thought it would be easy but  the stains were just to deep. we did let the client know this prior to the cleaning and they were happy that we were upfront with them and told them that we couldn't guarantee the building would look new again. This building is 20+ years old.

That's a pain. Hate it when stains are very old like that - typically it's erosion that has worn down the stucco surface. Is that stucco by the way?

Yes it it stucco but it's so far gone that you can take your hand across it and it comes off. Lol that's why they asked us to soft wash it.

It's sad when I building sits uncleaned for so long it eats in and leaves permanant marks on the surface. That's a good mark of experience and professinalism there Chris, seeing the issue before hand and knowing what the results would be. Great job Chris!
