Superior SoftWash was contacted by a property management client of ours to safely softwash an asphalt shingle roof at two commercial properties in November, 2015.  One of the roofs was heavily infested with gleocapsa magma, a bacteria, and mold.

We scheduled to treat the roofs on the weekend, a 2 day job.  One softwash truck with 2 guys completed treating the roofs with the first application in one weekend.  We let the roofs rinse out over the winter, and returned for an inspection in March 2016.  There were a few stubborn areas with mold/bacteria, so we scheduled a touch up treatment.  After the persistent rain we've had, I returned to take an "After" photo.  The customer was very pleased with their clean, sanitized roof.  We saved them from budgeting for a roof replacement.  No pressure washer was used to safely clean the roof.
