The family and I are packing up our SW stuff today to head down to wash a beach house at the Outer Banks in North Carolina for a customer. It's a 6 bedroom, 6 bath, three story house and three story decking with pool privacy fence and pergola.
Washed it all for them last year for the first time with the exception of the pool fence and pergola. Was there for a week and ran out of time. None of the woodwork had been washed in about 10 years, so it had that nasty old green scale built up on it and I had to use the power washer to get back down to the wood. Took four days just for the deck. Hoping all woodwork will go much faster and smoother this time and use the SW method and be able to have a day or two for R&R.
These pictures are the before pics from last year's trip. The decking shows the contrast between the green scale and the cleaned wood.
