I have a problem with my new pump it worked just for a few minutes, but now is not pumping should i put the pump to ground level so the cleaning solution can hit the inlet pump or what can be the problem i got a DELUXE 5.3 gpm 100 psi with 300 feet hose...Thank you.

These 12 volt pumps need fully charged batteries to prime. Have you put a volt meeter on your system to check your charge and voltage?

AC i wire my pump to my truck battery direct from the alternator and i ground it to the truck chasis.....Thank you AC

Sometimes you have to self prime the hose. Either open your hose nozzle and release air pressure or sometimes you have to lift your siphon tube out and shoot water the ought it until it gets pumping.
