Hello, I am a newbie to the industry. And I had a question about the twin pump system and Wood Restore. Would it be OK to spray Wood Restore out of the secondary pump. Thanks in advance ( And what about other things such and Bleach or Plant wash also)
All of AC's product line are perfectly safe to send through any pump set up. Just be careful not to use the same tank for your bleach and your bleach wash/final wash, wood restore or plant was as they have some pretty strong bleach neutralizers in them. You'd need to thoroughly wash out your tank if you used the same tank or your next batch of SH/CH would be partially or fully neutralized. If you don't have a 2nd tank yet, grab a big trash can or a big plastic tote from Home Depot or Lowes to get you through until you grow some. Several people (including me) started out like this.
Fill out your signature please so we know more about you.
I had bought the twin pump as a back-up to my main rig 4 years ago. It works okay. I was just in Florida and looked at the SoftWash Systems Rogue - which is a starter system. I would get that if I had to do over again. Anything will apply the cleaning solution, but the Rogue looks cool and you can add on modules, like a bulk rinse tank at a later time to apply wood restore or to do a volume rinse. Invest in the training modules before you get too far along.
Thanks for the feed back. I just wanna get my self prepared the best I can, can't really afford the modules at this point but is soon as I'm able to I plan on jumping right into them.
You can also buy an inexpensive secondary system for applying Wood Restore. There are many places that seel them. Tractor Supply, Northern Tool, etc. Here is a link to one on our cart.
Thanks for the welcome Bob, and I plan to take all of the modules and attend a training event in Orlando, I understand the importance of arming myself with all the knowledge that I can in order to become successful in the industry. And also conversing with you guys.

Sweet little system there AC. A little Red Ryder wagon and you're ready for business!
James, currently all of AC's products are mixed at 1 ounce per gallon. If you have 50 gallons of water/bleach, add 50 ounces of whatever SoftWash Systems product you are using and you are good to go. You may want to bump that up the 1 ounce per gallon some for steeper and vertical surfaces to better dwell/cling time as just water/bleach will run off the surface before it has a chance to do its work.
I am one of those people that scours the internet for information before making a decision, watching any video and reading any post I can get in front of me. I was literally OCD about everything I could get my hands on and after months of research I was able to get into one of AC's training classes, and wow, everything I'd learned to that point didn't touch 20% of what he discussed in class. You'll learn so many things that you wouldn't think of on your own that would harm your company and cause call backs or cause damage to someone's property that your head will spin. There are 25 years worth of mistakes he tells you how to avoid, and tons of tips for how to sell your services to customers. My only regret is I didn't record everything so I could listen to it again and again. If you can make the class, that's great, but if you can get the educational DVD's so you can watch them several times (in addition to the class in Florida), that's the best bet.
Thanks for your Reply Troy. I've been the same way searching, reading and watching anything I can get my hands on. And the first chance I get I'm getting the modules and attending one of ACs camps.
