I hope everyone made it home safely and without too many issues. I know getting to Orlando this year from the East Coast was a challenge, due to Winter Storm Jonas, but we all made it.
I wanted to Thank AC and the whole team at SWS. It was truly a team event, that could not have been put together without all of the efforts by the SWS employees. I personally had a great time and learned a lot. I brought one of my techs and he was so impressed by the culture and community surrounding SWS, he could not stop talking about it the whole ride home. I know the focus and theme of the event was Shine, but one word keeps sticking out in my mind...."Culture". I do not know of any other industry organization with the same amount of culture and community that we have within the SWS Network. From the small little discussions at breakfast, to the laughs and jam sessions at the hotel bar, it was amazing. I don't just mean all of the guys who already know each other, but all the new talent and eager entrepreneurs to be a part of this culture and community.
Let's keep the momentum going and start our 2016 on another high note again. Good luck to all!!!!
I agree 100%. It was great meeting so many fellow entrepreneurs, many of whom were at the same stage of eagerness that I was, only 2.5 years ago. I'm so excited to see the growth that all of you will experience over the next couple years.
Best Softwashapolooza to date!
Special shout out to Whitney, Jackie, Scout and Dave - I know how hard you all worked at putting this event together as well. I was very impressed with how smooth it all ran.

I agree with both of y'all on all accounts. My first Softwashapalooza was awesome, it was disappointing for it to end so quickly and to be back on that plane headed home. I really enjoyed spending time meeting everyone. There were so many powerful stories behind so many of the men and women in that room. Very inspiring. Also really cool to hear the similarities and differences between companies in total different parts of the country. What works....what doesn't work...employee ups and employee downs. I know that we picked up a ton of new ideas that will certainly help our team this year. Can't wait to get to work implementing some of those ideas.
Thanks to everyone with the SWS team that spent weeks and months working to put together another great event. Spotless Softwash appreciates everything all of you have done for us.
Finally, I'm sure I speak for a bunch of the newer Certified/Authorized companies, special thanks go out to John, Brandon, Bob, and Pat. It really takes special people to stand up in front of a room of strangers/acquaintances and disclose as much information about your personal lives and businesses as y'all do. I talked to numerous people over the week that said they had picked up great information from listening to y'all, whether it was from the presentations you did or simply hanging out chatting in the lobby.
As said already, just an awesome event! I am impressed with the continuing growth of the SWS Community, and the growing trend of long term commitment to the program. Wonderful seeing new faces and the return of so many that I met three years ago at my first event.
I thought the talks on the different themes; Performance, Professionalism, Integrity, Community, Stewardship, and Partnerships, were especially worthwhile. No doubt there was a tremendous amount of planning and time invested toward the hugely successful outcome of this year's convention.
I would like to add my thanks to AC, Chris, Whitney, Jackie, Scout and Dave for putting so much positive energy into this event! And Karen is a fabulous host, always making sure everyone has what they need.
Kudos to SWS! Now let's all go out and put what we learned into action!
I had a wonderful time with everyone. This was the best one so far. Let's make next year even better. Looking forward to drinking some more kool-aid with you guys!

I really enjoyed Dave Welday's presentation. It helps reinforce some of the messaging. I found that as a cleaning season progresses along that I slip back to features and benefits of the product and service and less on the end result of the pleasure island. Ed's talk on pricing also helped. Jon sat through all of the different presentations from Reach Local. Brian gave different info at each session and that was beneficial.
Hello all. I have been meaning to post and say thank you to all that organized, assisted and in anyway contributed to this years event. The materials and subject matter were relevant and information. The location, venue and hotel staff are all a plus!
And special gratitude to all of the folks, new, on the fence, rookie or veteran Soft Washers! Great conversations, tips, ideas, and general information sharing. Good to see everyone again!

I wanted to say this was a great event as well. Coming in knowing nothing and very worried about trying something new to coming out feeling confident that the help I need is there! I felt a huge transformation in knowledge base. Thanks to all the guys and Gals who were so willing to share their insights with me, I really feel like part of a family! It is going to be a great 2016 and I look forward to 2017!
