I saw this thread,

but I stay with the doubt how long it usually takes for a job like this and the gallons of 1% solution normally used for a job like this.

Marc,

The clean will almost be instantaneous. You will find therte MIGHT be a greasy black or dark gray stain that rubs off with your finger. That might need a brush and some Terra Wash. But the job will likely be a treat, dwell for 10 minutes and rinse.

Like ac said they clean rather fast we do 10 a month in the spring season. They are all done in a matter of 20 minutes ( both sides-40×40 tents). Very little brushing.
