Here is a very dirty gas station canopy that was COVERED in mold and spider webs. We were chosen as the prime contractor for the cleaning because we were the only company that mentioned covering the pumps/electronics and the fact that we could clean using low-pressure. Simply blasting at it with pressure washers would not have removed or killed the mold.

The panels really brightened up once the mold and spider webs were removed.
