Sam,

you will need to figure out how much to charge based on a few things...

-you will basically need to charge for a house wash, because to just clean the soffit and gutters will still require you to rinse the whole house. Any gravity might streak clean the siding with your mix. It might look clean but you will clean it more and wind up doing the whole house anyway.

-those decks are pretty nasty and will require multiple coats of a 2-4% mix and a decent amount of scrubbing with a deck brush. Looks like lots of plants and bushes right up on them too. That will require tarping and a ton of rinsing. Also, I remember you saying that you were using CH...it will leave a pretty good residue on the wood and make for hard rinsing.

Hope this helps

Sam,

I fished this chair out of the river at my mom's house around February/March and let it dry.  The growth and gunk on the darker spots was so thick it sloughed off in clumps and required multiple passes of cleaning, scrubbing and rinsing.  Including dwell time it probably would have taken an hour to clean, but it took me longer because I didn't have the proper brush when I started.

Point is, make sure you factor in enough time to hit the tough spots where boards meet and all of the upright columns.
