Need Some help Mulch stains on Stucco

We were cleaning the  stucco on a residence the other day. We were having a tough time with the mulch stains. We hit it with a 3% mix,tried Terra Cllean,tried F9  which helped a little.  Does anyone have any pointers.

Is it that orange eucalyptus mulch? If so I am so very sorry that is awful to try to get off.
