Steve, this looks like a job for Terra Wash. 50/50 in a pump up sprayer and a medium bristle brush. Since you're dealing with mostly grease and grime, I don't see the need for bleach/Green Wash solution.

Hey Bob, I've heard you and others talk about using a medium bristle brush for different applications. Can you or someone else post a link or a picture of what you mean by 'medium' bristle? Thanks!

Steve, I agree with Bob. Terra Wash is great on tire marks and that kind of non organic soiling. Depending on how heavy the staining and how porous the surface you will need to scrub for a bit, but with slate pavers I would guess it wouldn't be that tough to get the surface looking nice again.

On slate or flagstone set with mortar, I find it easier to just use a surface cleaner

Correct. try the F9 Effloresence cleaner. It also cleans that that hard water stains along top of pools

Yes Steve on this kind of ground in grease you may need a hot water washer.

You can clean with cold water but you will need strong degreaser, hot water will help.

Remember everyone with regards to contaminants like oil, grease and tire rubber, "If you free it, you own it". Please complete a Site Disbursement / Recovery Plan for the cleaning so you can show the local authorities how you are keeping the waste stream onsite or collecting through extraction. Then call the local water district to find out if you can soil percolate onsite, or drain to sanitary sewer or if you need to take the waste stream with you. Then make sure you charge appropriately.

FYI- the price they offered me while 40% less than I quoted, was still 10% higher than their other bids. Lots to learn.........but felt good knowing I out sold several long established companies and we have been officially open for about 60 days : ).
