It should be to you any time now. Please check with your sales rep to get a tracking number. In the future we ask everyone to run some production numbers and estimate your probable usage per month and have a standing order in place so that you minimize potential production loss due to shipping. I know this is hard to do with new product introductions, however if this product proves useful to you I would make sure you have it added to your monthly standing order.

We are doing a lightly weathered treated deck Friday. House is for sale. Next week we are doing a cedar shake roof on a shed and they have some teak lawn furniture they are letting me test on. The guy has several pieces of teak that came with house. He said he pressure washed last year and treated with teak oil. He said it took him a long time and within year it was grey and weathered. On his shed I'm only spraying 1/2 of his shed so I can monitor and see weathering effects(He owns the local RSVP franchise and I'm spending a good chunk of money advertising with him) I will video tape and take before and after photos.

Also remember I tried to have a larger network of dealers but the same mentality that proliferates throughout the power / pressure washing community also is found within those who sell products to the contractors. I got tired of hearing from my customers I created calling my distributors and hearing "AC's products are good but ours are cheaper." Over and over my customers being poached upon and dealers trying to move them onto their store brands. We do not do that anymore. We find ONE dealer per country and they are awarded the opportunity to carry our products as distributors. In the US we have one distributor. Canada opens up this next week. England and Australia later in early 2016. If the dealers would have respected our products we would have had many stocking dealers and the product would be more widely available.

New product roll outs take a long time. Wood Restore has been in the works for 18 months. When the products finally launch and begin shipping to outlets there can be a lag.

Wood restore came, I tried it out on a deck that was completely black in color (forgot to take before pics) softwashed with a 1 1/2% mix, rinsed - applied wood restore. Just want to say that I will be ordering some more before I run out. Even though not thrilled with who I have to order from I will be placing another order soon, I liked it that much.

Sure wish I would've taken before pics as this deck was very very black.

We cleaned a small section on a cedar shake roof, and now that our Wood Restore has arrived, we'll be going back out for the finishing touch and will post pictures. Carlos had just gotten it in and filled out my order with the 5 gallons. Had it two days.

I'm expecting big things from the new Wood Restore!

I used the gilmour sprayer with the metal head to spray a deck I did. It seemed to get good coverage. If you have the booster pump just mix it in there.

Chad, I agree with Tim about using the booster pump for applying the Wood Restore. We used 3 oz. per gallon in a pump up sprayer because it was a small test area. We are all running our own experiments right now, trying to determine the right mix on the different surfaces. You might use 1 oz. per gallon on a wood deck and 3-4 oz. on a shake roof.

If you've yet to clean a shake roof, there are several blogs on here covering that subject. As soon as I can get my before and after pics in hand, I will get them posted.

For applying larger amounts of product you don't want to or can't put through your system, Chapin has a 6 gallon stainless steel pump sprayer on a cart. I have 2 of them and they are awesome. They come with 15' of hose and all brass fittings.

Here is a cedar siding job we did, applied the WR as the final step. Sure do like not having to apply ox and then rinse again. Wash house, apply WR - done.
