I was charged $127 for 10 gallons of green wash and 5 gallons of bleach wash. Is this correct?! I feel like that is WAY to much for shipping but maybe I just don't know anything about it. I also noticed that they will not tell me how much my shipping rates are until I pay for the product. And actually it has at least been two weeks and I just now found out how much the shipping was. Something doesn't seam right. I live in Missouri. Where do you guys buy from and how are your rates?
i have attached my shipping label.

Check with Paul or Bill at The Powerwash Store. It's in Milwaukee, so closer to you. Shipping on fluids is steep, no matter what, but they might be able to beat JR.

You can also check with Southside Equipment in Kentucky. You where charged way to much for shipping. I once wanted to buy a ladder standoff from them and they wanted to charge me $100 in shipping for maybe a five lb item. I of course declined.
It is not uncommon for shipping on a 5 gallon liquid container to range from $20 - $30 for standard ground. Did you utilize a live salesperson or the online store?
Hey guys, So sorry I am just now getting back on here. It has been busy. Once again THANK YOU ALL so much for your advice and help.
AC, yes.... I meant to post on here earlier and ran out of time. But yes, John indeed contact me and straighten things out. Much too my surprise he called me before I was able to contact JRC and turn in my complaint. I was shocked that he found out about this before I even spoke with the company. He cut my shipping price in half for my wait on the product. Thanks for looking out of us AC! I must say I am a loyal JRC customer after speaking with John and seeing how you guys work together.
