I've been using Seal N Lock for three years now. Pavers are a great source of income. I noted you used polysand in your post. Since Seal N Lock is a joint stabilizer as well as a sealer, poly is not needed. If you are completely blowing out the joint sand on a job, next time go to Home Depot and buy general purpose sand (not play sand) and use it in place of poly. The sealer locks up the joints better than poly in my opinion. Best part is a bag of poly costs $25.00...a bag of sand from Home Depot $4.00.

Seal N Lock can also be applied on damp pavers. I've cleaned, sanded and sealed all in one day on a number of occasions.

If you have large enough sealer jobs, you also can make a powered pump up sprayer. Get a 6 gallon stainless Chapin sprayer, they are available on line. Drill a hole and put an air chuck on it with some rubber washers. Take a small air compressor with a lock on schrader chuck on it and attach it to the sprayer. Then use a small suitcase generator to power the compressor. All of this will fit in a large garden cart with room for an extra 5 gallon container of sealer. Just don't turn your compressor up past 40psi.

I made two of these to put sealer down on the decorative concrete at a water park, and for a resort towns downtown streets. Speeds up the precess a lot. I also like especially on commercial jobs because it makes it look like more of a "process" that they wouldn't want to try themselves.
