Sometimes you just have to use elbow grease.

Recently I was helping member come up with a scope to clean a building covered in glass and what looked to be an industrial bathroom tile. The building was designed to never be painted ever. Well that intent never to paint created a scenario that the building rarely ever was cleaned if ever. After trying lots of stuff even acidic cleaners we found that a 50/50 mix of Terra Wash to water sprayed on and allowed to dwell for a few min, then lightly agitate with a truck wash brush worked awesome. This was not mold or mildew on the tile but greasy, smoky, environmental fallout.

This building had hundreds of square feet of this tile surface on it and it all would require brushing. I attached a pic below.

Sometimes we are just spoiled with the instant results of pressure washing and soft washing. Today with environmental laws cranking down and limiting us on what we can use and how much of it, we will need to get those guns scrubbing again on many surfaces.
