I would think that if using garden hose for rinsing is not quite enough then you may want to look into a water booster pump.

I cant think of the name of the tip but I've been using a small brass spray tip that has three ball bearings in the end of it....available at Home Depot. The design really helps push the water into a strong stream that cleans the brick off pretty well....worth a try at like $10 or so.

its called a super shot. if you use a booster pump with the super shot it will throw out the rubber squeeze in the middle and totally fall apart.

Do most of you guys just use SH on heavy textured surfaces?

We use SH on everything we clean 100% of the time because we know it works and there is no residue to deal with.

I'm a CH exclusively guy myself and yes booster pump is a must for brick. I too have used the adjustable 3 bearing nozzles and have the the EXACT same experience with the rubber center popping out! :)

Booster pump has reduced my job times on siding cleanings by 30%. A worthwhile investment in my opinion.

This is the pump that I bought. It is a little overkill, but not by much. You have to buy the fittings on them to adapt to a garden hose, and I wired mine up with a pressure switch & check valve that turns the pump off when I turn the nozzle off. Otherwise, they can build up enough pressure to burst hoses.

This one runs on 110V power, so we plug it into the customer's power outlet via an extension cord. So - I have a water hose running from customers water supply, going into the booster pump, and then my regular hoses from there. Bleed the water out of the lines, and turn the pump on. Then your water pressure is GREATLY increased and you can rinse up to 3 stories with a good amount of pressure. Also gives us the extra "oomph" for removing moss off concrete after treating with SoftWash solution.
