Spray Wash had the honor of cleaning the Housewright building on the FSU campus, which is one of the buildings which contains the College of Music. Project took us 10 hours, split up over two days. First day crew of 3, second day crew of 4. No after photos as of yet, running around like a madman managing this project!
I can clearly see his harness. Ray is a stickler for safety! You can also see the yellow harness while his guy is in the bucket as well on the way up to the roof.

Yeah, not only am I a stickler for safety , but on a public campus such as FSU, you've got to be extra careful!!! OSHA running around and if facilities maintenance sees you in violation, they will kick you off project!
and technically that's the roof of the third story!
on job like this, everyone wears a harness all day long, just in case one of the ground guys have to get up to the roof!

Here are our after photos. Building is still a bit wet after a rain storm, so going to take some more on a nice sunny day.
These pics are awesome Ray! It's so sad to see some of the surface damage done by leaving that algae growing for so long. They should have gotten that cleaned long ago...
Had some similar residual streaking on a restaurant I cleaned - customer thought it was still dirty until I showed her the up-close pictures of the paint and EIFS actually eaten off over time... Preventative maintenance!!
Extactly, Brandon. That is a poured concrete header, and you can actually see the aggregate exposed in the areas where the algae was the heaviest. It had eaten at least 1/8 of an inch off the surface of the concrete.
