But you northern guys are spoiled! We began this complex today, 144 units, no sidewalks, curbs, etc, just exteriors and patios 150 or so units...$14K. And we were NOT low bid. That came in way south of 10K. Welcome to florida...they pay you in sunshine!

Good news : I'll devote two crews/rig and knock it out in a week. ( at least that is the plan)

Yes as Ray said we are blessed to get $25 a unit on roofs in Florida.

I don't know about spoiled... ;)

This is about a 360 unit apartment complex - most buildings are 3 stories. In the entryways, we are cleaning steps, including the undersides, railings etc. We also are doing all the garages, and about 40,000 sq. ft. of concrete on the property - most of which needs surface cleaning because of heavy moss.

I am definitely not the low bid on this project either!
