If they have a patina color, it will most likely clean it off. The patina will come back after time.

Copper gutter can be really tricky. I currently have someone that put a clam into my insurance company for $200,000 for cleaning of his copper gutters because we took the patina off in some arias of his gutters. Also if you rinse the roof and they have gutter helmates or guards the solution can roll over them if its foams up so be very careful

He wanted the gutters cleaned after you took patina off? Patina could have been "reapplied" , I would love to adjust that claim.
