Spray Wash had the privilege of cleaning this magnificent structure for Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in early March 2014. The technical difficulties at this place are many and complex! First of all, it is a four story building that is actually situated on top of a four story building, so you are working 8 stories up and dealing with wind. Second, its the Women's pavilion, where ladies go to give birth, and their families come to see the babies, and the fathers nervously pace around outside chain smoking....basically the vehicular and pedestrian traffic never stops. This floor of the parking garage is also connected to the entrance of the emergency room, which is the city's largest trauma center, further exacerbating the traffic situation. 

There basically is no good time to wash this building, so we mainly worked at night. No pressure washing used, that is horrible for the Dryvit.  Even the brick was gently soft washed.

We were quite happy with the outcome of the project.
