Here is a pic of a fence we did last year. It is pretty cool, just like Patrick's video, which was awesome. We used SH and gave it a rinse. We also would normally bleach wash and rinse too. I did it half and half for picture purposes.

Thanks for sharing that, John. Difference is stark, huh?
My North fence is 130' long. It used to take about a half hour per 8' section to pressure wash. Softwashing looks so much faster.
I'm going to start doing it every year instead of 2 or 3 years. I swear the shingle oil has kept the wood looking almost new after 23 years.
I'm sure Pat just used bleach in that video, but with AC's system and the Multitap, they could easily have switched from the mix to tapwater for rinse, no? Good point about the Bleachwash, as I didn't see a sprayer bottle on that hose.
Seahawks aren't looking very good <sniff>, at least it's still early ;))!
That fence was 216' long, we did both the inside and outside and bleach washed and rinsed. It took an hour and ten minutes total. don't worry the game still has plenty of time and Seattle has the best defense in the league.
I would guess from looking at the video that he was using a water/bleach mixture at about 30% bleach and 70% water. I would also guess that the over spray is going to kill stuff behind the fence and probably a bunch of grass in front of the fence. I've just started using plant wash but if it can save that grass, I'll be impressed.
