Just a WAG, but is it a CH system, with an 8" tank basket and jets for agitating?

There are 3 hoses. Is that for recirculating?

I don't know that it is specifically for CH, but that's not to say you can't use it for CH.

Hey Pat, do tell?

Is it something to do with this pictureless system sold at the Power Wash Store?

http://shop.powerwashstore.com/SoftWash-Systems-Powder-Conversion-Pack-SWS-PCP-SWS-PCP.htm?categoryId=-1

Sure wish they would show what they are selling with a description.

Vic, the Powder Conversion Pack is a filtration system for CH that AC has been developing. I can say for sure that this pictured system is not the powder conversion pack.

That makes sense, Brandon. AC did say that the "Hmmmmmm what is this" is not a SWS item, and the Power Wash Store website said the Powder Conversion Pack *IS.*

Was just trying to stoke the embers in the fire a little and find out once and for all what the "Hummmmmmm what is this" actually is.

If it is a Jacuzzi like CH maker that will keep the powder floating, I would love to find a way to buy that tank section and combine it with my Twin Pump...

Go SeaPort Seahawks and SeaPort Trailblazers ;)

Vic all you have to do is use the other pump to recirculate the water. That's what most people use the two pump setup for. Very rarely do you see people using two pumps to spray.

You can buy 100 gallon tanks for less than $300 and plumb it all together Vic. Plumb in 1 pump for spraying and the other for agitating. Hook it up to 2 batteries to make sure it will last you all day.

Is there a thread on the forum that breaks down what you need to properly plum something like this up Brandon. I know that I am a novice at this part of the business. I have some idea, but its been frustrating to say the least. I wish there was some kind of breakdown on what you just explained to Vic. I know it may seem like second nature to alot of people on this forum, but some of us are just beginers and need some assistance. I am not ashamed to say that I am one of those people.

The cheapest way to do is both inject and pull from the top. As long as you keep the injection under your mix you should have foaming problems. You can use an agitator on the end of the injection line. The problem with plumbing the agitator on the bottom is leaks eventually At least thats how I do it. You don't usually need contast agitation. But I don't mess with ch, so someone else could chime in on that

I don't think so Shaun, it's too bad you won't be at SoftWashaPalooza. A ton did not click for me until I got to see the systems in person. Then it becomes very clear on how to plumb this stuff in.

I'll see if I can't take some up close pics of my tanks so you can see what I mean.
