You guys are not alone. The illness we have is a good thing. It motivates me all the time. I look at every house and think there is a potential sale there. Like you guys I love this work.

I am just starting out this spring, and I have been making a list all winter long of every house and building that I have been driving by in my area that has a dirty roof or siding etc...., and have been writing down the address and location. I plan on dropping in soon. LOl. I'm obsessed. Lol.

you are not alone! My wife inow points out everything we can clean, but follows it up with....after you clean it, I can get a new purse or shoes...

I was in Florida last week and there is sooooo much work there. Might be a Roof Wizard South coming soon wink

I do the same...driving down the road gawking at the potential roofs and homes that can be cleaned, that need to be cleaned. And my wife laughs at me. She hasn't started equating roof cleaning jobs to new shoes and new clothes yet, but she's earned them when she does make that leap. :0)

Black plague - great term... and it will always keep coming back. Mother Nature is relentless like that.
