35,000sqft Club House Cleaning By Precision Pro Wash

Here is a project we completed this past year. it's a 35k sqft club house Called the Cliffs community. We did the managers house and he was very impressed with our company. We cleaned the roof and building as well as the patios and windows.

This project could only be Cleaned on Tuesdays because of all the golf traffic and high end clients they have.

It was a metal roof that has sprayed aggregate on it. Our techs only walked in the valleys or on seams to ensure not to damage the roof.
