This is the 2nd year we have done this! Everyone had a BLAST, We had Mutts BBQ cater it and Lots of prizes. One of our techs won a 40" TV! Every year we do a hose roll up contest for $100 cash. Our techs practice all year for it... helps with packing up at the end of the day!....lol

Love it! We treated our guys to a dinner with their dates at a private room at Longhorn Steak house, and gave them $30 in movie tickets and their favorite candy bars as a Christmas gift.
