Hey Y'all,

We have a new stars system that you will see being rolled out the end of this year. 

They don't have bronze stars on this BB system so let's pretend the red stars are bronze.

One Red Star = Completed Competency of Assistant Tech
Two Red Stars = Completed Competency of Lead Tech
Three Red Stars = Completed Competency of SoftWash Salesperson
Four Red Stars = Completed Competency of SoftWash Manager
Five Red Stars = SoftWash Systems Master Certified Applicator
Five Gold Stars = SoftWash Systems Five Star Company

Titles used on this BB

Assistant Tech Certified
Lead Tech Certified
Salesperson Certified
Manager Certified
SoftWash Systems Master Certified Applicator
SoftWash Systems Authorized Professional
SoftWash Systems Five Star Company
SoftWash Systems Pro Staff
