How do the pros clean decks when plants are everywhere and growing through lattice?  I was planning on pressure cleaning with light psi to keep from killing plants.

If I saw that lattice I would not have priced on that to be cleaned. The vines will get beat on if you use pressure and most likely burned with the chems.
As far as the deck goes it looks to be PT, it should clean up easy enough whether you use some pressure on it or some bleach.

I have dealt with the same thing this year on a few occasions, water the vines like crazy, clean with a 1% mix - the lattice and other boards will clean up real good with a 1%. then water like crazy. Fertilize. We have not had an issue with any damage to the plants

What Dan Said...a 1% mix shouldn't hurt them.

Ditto, My house is covered in creeping fig and I shoot right through it when I clean it. I may loose a few leaves (less than 5%) but the cleaning goes fine. Just manage the customers expectations.

See pic attached.
