we are booked out a week and a half and people want things done right away( awesome). I tell people you should have called when it was sunny and 80. haha. We will get it done and move on. I have almost gotten used to all the rain we have had this year.

In your guy's experience - whats the threshold for work cancelling? It rains 200+ days a year here. Not working when it's raining will be impossible.

Let's say it's a lighter rainy day with your windshield wipers going every 2 seconds. Work or no?

Here in Central Florida we are just starting to come out of our every afternoon/everyday rainy season. If its not thundering and lighting we put on a rain suit and work. I have a saying "A day off is a day not making money!"

it will be temperature driven. 70 and a light rain is ok, but 47 and a light rain with 20 mph winds makes for a long day. It will be your call as the owner, o don't let your guys make it. They want to work and get paid, so they are inclined to try.in the long run Ibadan weather can beat up your men, make them tired and lazy towards the end of the day, and can cost you call backs. Don't forget you still pay them to go back to a job, you just don't get anymore money. We have only worked two half days this year. When we work its for a full day and that is it. You are a savvy businessman, so you know your area, it will be a judgement call on your part.
