First 2 are before pics right? If so, the after ones look good to me - looks like some dead algae leftover that would rinse away with some rain.

It's a construction building and they turned off all the electricity for the weekend so I could not use it I will be buying an inverter so i won't have that problem again!

I would go back an rinse. Take a better photo before you rinse and then an after. Then you use the photo to sell and manage customer expectations. See how long it takes to rinse and give future customers an option to rinse or use a "free tile rinse with roof cleaning" on your flyers

I went back there today to see the roof and it actually looks a lot better than I thought I ll take better pic later on!

You will need at least a 20 amp 3500 watt invertor.
