ASPHALT PARKING LOT NEW TOP COAT around my first stucco cleaning job.

I just got the job to clean this stucco building. Problem is it is surrounded by an asphalt parking lot that was resealed and striped this summer. All the rinse water and chemical will go accross this parking lot. Need advice on how to keep the chemical from discoloring the parking lot.

I had planned to use a 2% CH mix with green wash, rinse, bleach wash and then rinse again. I was thinking maybe using a 1% and pixie dust might help. Please give me your thoughts. I really want to do this building

No need for pixie dust. Only when it's cold you can use it to further oxygenate the SH. Pre wet the parking area and just keep it wet during the cleaning and give it a good rinse. You will be ok. Just don't let it puddle and dry too much.

Try a 1.5% that should work. Let it dwell. If not just bump it up to 2% for on there.

We found that really bad dryvit/stucco can sometimes warrant a 3% or stronger, but the pics don't look that bad.

John,

Thank you for the advice. I was really worried about turning the parking lot gold. Water pressure should be good so I should be able to keep it wet. It is sloped somewhat so it should not puddle. Thanks again.

A good leaf blower will work as well.
