Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to drop a note that we have created a protocol that major equipment (SoftWash System Skid Units, Buffer Tanks, Rinse Pumps, Pure Water Packs, Power Wash Packs, Fossil Fuel Freedom Packs and alike) will be available for shipping from our manufacturer 31 days from the time of SoftWash Systems receiving a PO from the distributor you chose. This means if we receive a PO from the distributor on Tuesday September 3rd 2013 the product will be ready to ship on Wednesday October 3rd 2013. It may happen sooner but plan for the 31 days. (some months like Feb have 28 days and some months have 30 days)

In some cases you may be able to purchase a stock item.

SoftWash Systems has three tiers of distributors, A B & C.

"C" Tier Distributors only drop ship our products and carry little to no stock at their stores.

"B" Tier Distributors drop ship and carry hands on stock in both chemicals and some equipment. Usually pumps & parts and maybe some of the smaller expansion packs.

"A" Tier Distributors drop ship and carry at least one of every piece of equipment SoftWash Systems produces, in stock / onsite at their stores. (currently building to this)

If you need a part, system or an expansion pack fast your best option is to contact an "A" Tier Distributor. Otherwise chemicals will ship to deliver within 5 to 7 business days, small parts and pumps 5 to 7 business days and large equipment / custom equipment will be available for shipping within 31 calendar days.

We will still maintain the build list for systems because our manufacturer contract is for one system per week / 4 a month.
