Ray.....what % are you using and whats your dwell time? I'm in a huge retirement area here in Florida with a lot of tennis courts and tons of shuffle board courts.

Nice job Ray! I just had my first experience with a tennis court, trying to get back for the after pics it rained on my "game" at the end . This is an easy place to make good $$ in my area . Softwashing is definitely the best method . Your work looks stellar as usual.

2 coats of a 2%, plus a 5% spritzer.

Pump-up sprayer with a 50-50 SH and water mix for trouble spots.
