Brandon.....the SoftWash chems will make the spider webs melt away and the spiders/bugs will fall off. I have the same problem here in central Florida with over 100 lakes in my county. It wont be a problem for you.
Brandon, go to Lowes and pick up a brass, solid bore nozzle. It basically is like a zero point on a power washer, but you hook it to your garden hose when rinsing. You can also make an extension with pvc pipe so that you can knock down wasp nests up in the peaks of the gable soffits.
Somewhere here on the forum, someone posted a picture of one. They're very inexpensive!

Eric, thanks for the reminder. Fortunately, he is getting his house completely repainted the week after I'm done, so when I told him about the paint-tint interactions, he barely batted an eye.
I'll take some good before/after pics on this one, I'm excited about it.
One more question out of curiosity - do you guys typically spray down a wasp's hornet's nest with killer before you softwash? Or do you just hit it with the softwash solution? Curious how it affects bees and the like. I would figure it would kill them, but take a while to do so. What's your experience?

AC...everything is awesome! I'm booked out a week and a half with an average of 2 descent jobs a day (i'm still doing everything by myself). Just finished a 12,300 sq ft commercial metal building yesterday in 4hrs from the time i pulled up to the time i left (forgot to take before and after pics). The owner lives in Orlando and wants me to clean his tile roof also 4000 sq ft...."crossing fingers". Thank you so much for introducing me to SoftWash it has made my life so much easier.
